RMS - Product Support - Service

RMS maintains that quality products can be sold, but customer relationships are built with service. To that end we employ over 80 mechanics and 61 fully equipped field service trucks ready to respond to our customer's needs.

We have full service shops at 11 of our RMS branch locations.

Our service and technical personnel are accessible, experienced and fully trained. RMS is proud to offer service professionals who provide multi-line product support.

Each RMS branch has 24-hour service capability, plus RMS employs eight resident mechanics in areas without branch locations.

Through a minimum of 40 hours of formal training a year and continuously utilizing the latest in E-technical support information, RMS is ready meet your equipment's service needs.
